In today's video we look at an issue I call "Schrodinger's Crypto" - can you give a gift and not give a gift at the same time? Does that sound like a problem? It sure is!

Cryptocurrency is a relatively new concept and we're still learning what the issues are when transferring it via one's estate. Schrodinger's Crypto (as I like to call it) is a unique issue of cryptocurrency as an intangible property, and the hardware wallet being a tangible property. Remember, when you sit down to do your estate plan, work with a knowledgeable attorney. If you do not, and ambiguities such as is described in this video are in your estate plan, your estate plan is nothing more than an invitation into court.
