If you've done your estate plan, researched estate planning, or received a draft estate plan back from your attorney, you may have noticed a few Latin terms floating around in your will or revocable living trust. In today's video we look at the terms "per stirpes" and "per capita" - what they mean, some examples of how they work, and what is the difference between them.
